As in every Suika-style game, only the five smallest tiers ever drop from your hand — everything above must be created by merging, and the final tier is the trophy. Merging two of the final tier clears them both for a huge bonus.
Strategy for this variant
- Memorize the ladder as two halves: warm colors (pink to lime) are the small droppables, cool colors (green to midnight) are the earned tiers, and gold is the crown.
- Because everything is striped and round, misreads happen — glance at the evolution strip at the bottom of the screen before risky drops.
- The Midnight watermelon sparkles: treat any sparkle as a 'protect this' signal, it represents hundreds of merges.
